If you are experiencing issues:
- Check to see if you are on the latest version of the app, this can always be downloaded from Google Play Store
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to clear any potential corrupted data. All your configuration is stored in the cloud, so you just have to sign in to restore any customisations (Routes, appearance, etc)
- Contact Support either through chat or by phone, quoting your account number, which can be found within your settings.
