MIS Synchronisaton

By linking your MIS into VMFree, you can easily synchronise your student and staff data with your visitor management system. We use Wonde for the integration, so you know your data is being transferred by a company you can trust. We only ask for the minimum required permissions which you accept through Wonde.

Student Late Sign In

Students can use your visitor tablet to sign in when they arrive late for registration. You can then view a log of all late students through your VMFree administration console, including the time of their arrival, a calculated attendance code and their reason for lateness.

Student Early Leavers

When students need to leave school early they can now register the reason on the tablet before leaving. You can then view all the students who have signed out early, the time they left and their reason for doing so.

Student Reason Management

Manage the list of options that students can pick when signing in or out. You can also add attendance codes to the sign in reasons to simplify administration.

Host List Sync

All of your staff registered in your MIS will automatically be synchronised into VMFree as hosts, saving you time needing to administer the same list of staff in two different systems. When a visitor arrives and selects a host they are visiting, an email will be sent to the email address registered in your MIS.
