Adding Visitors
How to add visitors (Both current and future bookings) through the app and website.

To add a booking through your admin portal, navigate to the Visits tab. From here, you can click "Current" to add a current visitor to site, or navigate to Future to add a future booking.
Click "Add Visitor" to bring up the booking in panel.
From here, enter any information that you need. Note that only badge type is required, so enter as much or as little as is appropriate for your needs. When you're done, hit book in to add the user to site.
For a future booking, things are almost the exact same:
The addition of a Booking date and time allows for a future booking to be made. This will enable much faster sign-in for the visitor as their information will be automatically populated on the app, or can be right clicked on the admin portal and "Converted to Visit."

Booking in through the app couldn't be easier! Simply select the badge type and follow the instructions on screen. (Sign-in options can be modified with a standard subscription)
